She resisted, maintaining her original vision, which led to increasing difficulties as customer visits declined and operational costs mounted. The advent of COVID-19 escalated her challenges, leading to the termination of our partnership despite acknowledging the merit of my advice.

This experience was my first time being fired for providing correct guidance and it profoundly impacted me. It highlighted a critical need for more direct, tangible solutions that could adapt at the pace of modern business and technological integration. Traditional coaching seemed inadequate for the dynamic demands of the fourth industrial revolution, particularly for business owners lagging in digital transformation and consumer behavior.With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and video production, I decided to transform my practice. I developed a new approach that not only redefines coaching and consulting but also integrates technology and a forward-thinking philosophy centric to business growth. After countless reinterations a few more certifications and a paradigm shift in perspective in 2020 a new vision was born.
